Speed? Poorly. The ASR33 is 10cps, the PC05 is 300cps read/50cps punch.
I have had no reliability issues with either, presuming the ASR33
is well adjusted. The trick is that there's better documentation
out there (now) for cleaning/adjusting the ASR33, but I've found
the PC05 reader to need nearly none (had to deoxidize the light
bulb holder once).
