The KZQSA is a dump, non MSCP SCSI adapter. You need special ROM support
in the CPU to be able to boot from it. The KA660 may not have this
support. What you really want is a MSCP emulating SCSI adapter like my
Dilog SQ706A. But this adapters are made out of pure unobtainium.
