NeXT Dimension Question

I've never seen a PSU serial cutoff, just the Cube serial itself.
 I've looked at all of my cubes (I have 4 here at the moment, 2 are
Dimensions) but they all have been changed to the later type with
floppy, hard drive and optical drive mounting holes. I'm running all of
mine dual heads without soundboxes, so it's never been an issue for me.
