Future-Active Electronics by the Cambridgeside Galleria sells the decent TPi
probes; I think $27 for 20MHz and $39 for 100Mhz.

If you buy them on eBay, make sure that you get the various accessories -
ground leads, covers, grabber, etc., with them.
