They are simply portable printing terminals, nothing really special about
them. Hook them up to something and start typing.
The Model 745 is by far the most common. Nothing special about it. It
has an Intel 8080 at its heart.
The Model 765 has a bubble memory module and a small filesystem whereby
you can actually store data in it. I've got at least one. They are
fairly rare.
I'm not familiar with what makes the 707 different from the other models.
