I have come across dual triodes and most likely have a few of them. :-)
Not sure what the number for it is, however.

Ah, yes; somewhere around here I also have some "duo diode hi mu
triode" valves/tubes... There seemed to be a lot of interesting
valves/tubes used in television sets, with many more elements in them,
than those found in radios and stereo equipment.
