Hmm ... it appears that we didn't buy the subscription! The sections are
supposed to be as follows. The copy in front of me only has the sections
marked with an asterisk.

*A - Memory Devices
*B - Parallel I/O Devices
*C - Serial I/O Devices
D - Telecommunication Devices
E - Data Converter Devices
*F - CPU Single-Function Support Devices
*G - Multifunction Support Devices
H - Peripheral Controllers
I - Display Devices
*J - Bus Standards

Section 8 is missing, so no CRT Controllers in this copy.
