IN BAD TASTE: Putting the blame where it belongs?

        I always felt that the name "Homeland Security" reeks of Nazi Germany.
"Homeland" is not a term we Americans use much, and it feels wrong.
"Internal Security" sounds too Russian. They just need to retask the IRS.
They've already got all the spies, informants, SWAT teams and databases they
need to do the job, right?
