  Twin City International, Inc. (TCI)
    This looks to be a 1970's era keyboard, back
    in the days of molded keycaps, discrete switches,
    hand assembly, metal case, etc.
    Probably not RS232 despite the connector:
    DB25M on the keyboard and D?15M at
    the end of the included cable.
