Errr,...
The IBM PC came out in August 1981.
Later, PC magazine was created.
Then, disgruntled (are there every any gruntled?) staff from PC formed PC
World magazine.

Did you mean 1986?
Or was there a different PCW?
Or did they manage to put out issues before their subject came out?
