I have a bandwidth limitation on my ISP, but I could host some
of these to help. I might be better suited to cut CD's on request.

BTW Thanks for this magnificent effort. For those who haven't
seen it yet, this eDoc set is "compressed" all the way down to
properly formatted text. Clean,compact, and transportable...
