Reading a VMS CD-ROM for SIMH under Windows?

I've not attempted it with the VAX version of SIMH. However, I have used
ISO's made by doing a Simple dd from CD-R to disk image under the PDP-11
version. Yes, I can actually do PDP-11 OS installs from CD.
