Nice. Are they the newer "PE-3" models? If so, you can use a parasitic
power cable that taps into the keyboard jack. AFAIK, the PE-2 will draw
too much current for some boards to supply.

I have a Zenith laptop (with the blue/grey screen and the double pop-up
720K 3.5" floppies) attached to my PE-3. I use a packet driver and Kermit.
Mostly, this thing gets used as portable terminal, but on all of my 8-bit
DOS hardware (including my old device burner box), Kermit for DOS has a TCP
stack, and lets me move files and establish terminal sessions.
