I really like Procomm Plus For Windows on the PC and ProTerm on the Apple
][. If you need a copy of either then just holler.

On the other hand, if you have a Linux box handy, you can log in to a
shell session on one of the serial ports and then just dump the files on
the Apple side and cat out the data to a file on the Linux box.
