The material I'm thinking of allows you to make a flexible cast. You then
pour in the goop to make the actual part, and you can then remove the
part by stretching the cast. You can reuse it as long as the cast lasts.
I've never played with it so I don't know what sort of troubles there may
with the concept but I'm sure there's a good chance it will work.
The stuff I'm talking about can be found at TAP Plastics (a local plastic
shop chain) but I don't remember what it's called.
