Reel-to-Reel care?

There's a reasonable book entitled 'How to cast small metal and rubber
parts' that might be useful here.

Does anyone know if this Devcon Flexane is available in the UK, and if
so, where? I've read about it, and it looks suitable for making rollers, etc.

I would rather make a metal mould, it should be longer lasting for one
thing. Not a difficult machinng job either...

I'd be more worried about all the water condensing out of the air onto
the lathe and cuasing rusting...
