In principle, surely. But it depends on finding someone who still
makes/sells that tube.
I know someone (worked as a service tech for videogames and the like)
who tells me that such tubes can often be resurrected. I don't know
details; if you're interested I can ping him about it. (Actually, it
wouldn't surprise me if he's on the list...Claude? You there?)
