No, but you might find it cheaper if, say, the PSU is removed and
packaged separately.

As many of you know, a processor consists of 2 main sections -- the data
path and the control. I once demonstrated this using a PDP11/05. I said
'Now we cut the processor in half', picked up a hacksaw, and advanced
towards the 11/05. I got some worried looks. Of course I put the hacksaw
down and pulled out the 2 CPU boards, one of which is essentially the
data path, the other the control logic...
