The manual is up under:

You need a very recent copy of 2.11BSD for work with the controller (at least IIRC, the bug effecting the Viking was fixed a couple years ago). I use Viking QDT controllers under RT-11, RSTS/E, RSX-11M, and RSX-11M+ without any problem. I don't think the ROM on the board on eBay is new enough to support CD-ROM's though. The Viking in my Main PDP-11 is driving two SCSI HD's in removable trays, a DEC TLZ06 4mm DAT, and a Plextor 8x Caddy CD-ROM.

BTW, as far as I'm concerned, the Cab Kit that is included makes it worth the asking price, if it's a normal Cab Kit (that's a *really* bad picture). The main thing the Cab Kit does is allow you to plug a serial terminal into the board to change the settings.

What I don't like about the auction is that it is such a bad picture, the board is being sold as-is (and they say it's untested), and if you read carefully, they're not guaranteeing it's a QDT board. But, if it's what they claim, and it works, it's a good deal.
