The obtention of this report is a great notice, but even more the location
of TENEX stuff you are recolecting :-)

But I approach to send one petition more. In the list of papers related with
the genesis of Arpanet, I can't locate "A Study of Computer Network Design
Parameters", from Elmer Shapiro of SRI. This was the study used for Larry
Roberts to send the final report to the chiefs od DoD.
