Yes. The voltage of the fuse is only the maximum it can "switch" off
savely. i.e. You can use a 250 V fuse in a 110 V circuit but not vice
versa. A 125 V fuse may not cut the circuit completely (arcing etc.) in
a 250 V circuit. You have to get the same ampere rating and
characteristic (Slow, Medium, Fast) regardless of voltage.
