I've actually got a box I acquired called a 'SMD Disk replacement
subsystem", which is a PC minitower case with a fairly large logic
board in it (about the size of an AT or maybe baby AT motherboard) and
an ESDI drive in it. I can try to take some pictures of it if anyone's
interested.
