KIM-1 - loking for replacement keypad (

I have an original functional KIM-1, but the keypad
has been replaced with a clunky array of large keyswitches.
My KIM-1 came from a university first year lab, so I guess
the original keypad lasted about two weeks.

Anyone know what the original part number and source was
and if these are available anywhere? ;) I know it's a long shot-
but I want to restore the unit to original condition for a museum.
