QBUS SCSI controller for RT-11

I *believe* that the only DEC Q-Bus adapter that RT-11 supports is the RQZX1
(as mentioned in the V5.7 SPD). Pretty much any 3rd party disk controller
that does MSCP emulation (DU) should work. For tape you need TMSCP
emulation (and V5.4 or higher).
