Hi Michel.
I guess for Europe it's a rare find. They are not uncommon in the US.
You probably have an Apple ][ Europlus. It was an Apple ][+ made
specifically for the European market.
What kind of keyboard does it have? European or US? Some of the power
supplies were switchable between 110V and 220V. Perhaps yours was
upgraded with one of these power supplies.
