Engine confusion

Because I started this confusion, I'll try to help end it. My '74 came
from the factory with a 318. I was just confused when I typed it. The 318
was junked, and the built 440 dropped in. From what I'm told, the 318 had a
hard time getting out of it's own way, even going downhill with a tailwind.
