'386 chip upgrade?

 To my knowledge most of the 486SLC chips work with
386 MCA. I don't have a P70 so I can't say for sure.

TI486SLC
Evergreen?

 You might check the comp.sys.ibm.ps2.hardware
archive on google for the P70.

you wish.
