Otrona Attache boot disks?

Hello,

I purchased an Otrona Attache "luggable" computer with two floppy drives
and an add-on HP-IB interface. It did not come with any software or
manuals.

Does anyone have a set of boot disks for this machine?

I'd also be interested in hearing about any software that makes
use of the HP-IB interface.
