Bill King used to keep a complete archive of CC on his www.dadaboom.com
website, but he took the archives down a while back (for some unknown
reason).

I'll wager that he still has the archive stored somewhere. As far as I
know it was complete from the very first posting by Bill Whitson through
about maybe 6-8 months ago.
