No, HP holds the copyright. Why would you think it would be public
domain? Almost *nothing* is public domain, especially since the US
ratified the Berne Convention. Between that and Congress routinely
extending the term of copyrights (so that the copyright on Steamboat
Willie doesn't lapse and bankrupt Disney), the only way things enter the
public domain is if there owners take positive action to place them
there. :-(
