SGI Indy 13w3 question

And has the console device NVRAM setting set to the graphics adapter?
(If I remember correctly, you get black screen if its set to serial even
w/ graphics boards in one.)

You might try pulling the graphics adapters out, unplugging the
keyboard, and hooking up a serial console.
