The Twiggy drive was developed with the intention of using it on Apple's
entire product line. The external Twiggy drives were to be available in
single drive and dual drive packaging, under the names "UniFile" and
"DuoFile". The floppy disks are called "FileWare". The actual drives
were sometimes known as "Apple 871 drives".

The UniFile and DuoFile were attractively packaged (as per the aesthetics
of 1983 Apple computers). There were interface cards for the Apple II
and Apple /// family.

The products were cancelled before introduction. Very few of these
escaped into the wild.
