Anyone heard of Gespac?

Just do a little Googling, Gespac has manufactured embedded system CPUs with
their proprietary bus (G64 and G96) for a long time, and is still in
business.

The GESINC card is an incremental encoder interface (Quadrature) probably for
some motion control or measuring application...
