Lot of 6 Z-89s, 2 VT100s, VT180, other terminals, DECfloppy drives available in LA (ebay)

Well, I picked up the lot this afternoon, and it has some rather
interesting items! Everything fit in my van quite nicely with quite a
bit of extra space.

There are several Interstate Electronics Voice Recognition Systems using
Multibus cards. Unfortunately, no software came for the voice
recognition boards. But I did get the manuals and he has the schematics
for the boards.

There are six Z-89 computers; each one appears to have been modified for
use with an Interstate Electronics Voice Recognition board. If anyone
has the software for this board, I would sure like to get a copy! There
are also two Z-87 5 1/4" external disk drives.

There are several Interstate Electronics Voice Recognition boxes
including a prototypes. The dates appear to be from the mid to late
1970's. There are the early Multibus cards as well as a card for the PC.
Somewhere along the line, the voice recognition hardware was transferred
to a custom IC which he is keeping to sell later (somewhere around 5000
chips.)

The DEC stuff included the VT-100, VT-180, VT-220, RX02 (?) double 8
1/2" disk drives, and another double 8 1/2" external disk drive.

There was also an HP 9122 3 1/2" HPIB Disk drive with manual and
original box.

This is the first time I've seen a Teleray terminal and there are two
different models although I didn't write them down. Another terminal was
included, but I forgot the brand.

He also threw in a couple of other items that *I* found interesting
including a TI Bubble Memory Development system, an Interact computer,
and a small printer (D**N, just checked and I left the printer and TI
kit there.)

One thing I have in my collection is an NEC 8201A with some sort of test
fixture attached to the left hand side. After 10 years or so, I
*finally* found out what it is; an S-1001 Channel Tester for NEC
Cellular phones. He had one along with the manual, and loaned the manual
to me to copy!

I rather doubt I'll have much time to play but it was fun picking up the
stuff and meeting the seller!
