The elCheapo HP 6s (ca. 1999. $11 IIRC) has decimal - binary
 - hex - oct casts in it also 'and','or','xor','not'. No self programming
feature. Next time I strike it rich I'm going to eBay for a 16c
though. I had my 41C programmed to do these things but
it could be slow, esp. using alpha to display hex strings.
