Ah hah! I'll bet that's what's making Dvorak work/not work. Set up
for 100B, interrupt at normal location, works fine. With 100A,
somehow interrupts conflict. I guess the keyboard generates a
"hardware interrupt" that the ISR you listed would not detect and
route to MS-DOS?
