CD-ROM on VAXstation 3200

Same works with VMS as well. To get a decent copy of VMS loaded on my
MicroVAX III I had to boot off of a dodgy RD54, transfer the CD image via DECnet from an Alpha, and write it out to a RA71. It took half of forever to do everything, but it worked great. If my MicroVAX III had SCSI, it would have been a *lot* simpler :^)
