The RSTS/E version of Kermit is available at
http://www.columbia.edu/kermit/pdp11.html . Unfortunately, it requires
RSTS/e 8.0 or later. I do not know if one of the RT or RSX versions
would fill the bill on earlier RSTS/e versions.
