Reviving and connecting an ASR33

I find Loctite 406 superglue - for plastics and rubber - good for most
plastics - sometimes you can get a damn near invisible mend with it. My
local plastic upvc window centre sells it at about ?4 for a 20g bottle. Do
you have this glue in the states ?
