Get to where the on-screen function key labels are showing and include
"REMOTE MODE". There should be a * in that label (and preferably no
others, I think). If there's no *, press the corresponding function
key to toggle it.

It's been a while since I used a 700/9x so don't remember which
of the User and System keys you need to press to get there.
