I believe the standard software for doing this requires a Super
Serial card. I had something setup between my one Apple IIe and
either a PC or Mac (can't remember it's been several years). Doing a
google search on the subject should turn something up. Not sure how
well it will work for a //c+ though... Doesn't a //c+ have a 3.5"
drive? If so you might be able to read the floppies on a 68k based
Mac.
