ADT is the program I used to do something similar last year. There are flavors of it floating around for DOS, Win32 and Linux. The original adt required a true Super Serial Card, but there is also a more generic one floating around (adt.cc) that I had luck using with a Prometheus Versacard to transfer disk images to and from my PC.
