The link to "additional photos" is unfortunately broken. And I can't
see the keyboard well enough to decipher the keycaps. That might
provide a clue.

describes several Selectric models, including the 731. There are
several other manuals in that directory (one has over 300 pages...)
that might be helpful. I didn't see anything that describes the
connector, though.
