And it's all in 'The Ultimate History of Video Games' by Steve Kent, which
is the full history of Atari (and subsidiaries), Sega, Nintendo, Coleco and
many others. Excellent read full of interviews with the key players of the
day.

Well worth getting if you're into that sort of history like I am.
