semi-OT: text lites

Quite nifty Ethan. Was thinking about tossing a serial LCD or maybe
parallel on my old P200MMX (older than 10 years now - on topic I guess)
system that I'm scrapping together to make a file server out of. It always
helps to know a contributor to something being used is just a forum post
away =)

BTW: how's the weather down there? Heard you guys were getting smacked with
some serious winds the other day.
