I'm currently running 6 18GB SCA Drives in a pair of Andataco 3-drive
enclosures. The drives are a mixture of Seagate, Hitachi, and
Quantum drives. Realistically, they're not as loud as the Sun
SparcServer 5/110 and it's HD that are sitting below it. I really
need to move that system to quieter HW.
For those wondering why I care about the noise level, the only place
I have to put the HW is in the corner of our dining room.
