You're absolutely right. Normally it would take hours and many brews
before the men-folk look up and look around and say "Where'd all the women go?"

What's next? Loyalty oaths? Outing the transgendered? Poking Sellam
until he admits he's linked to terrorist acts? Forced group-sing of
"Let the eagle soar"?
