Oops! Sorry I meant to include that and forgot. The RAMS are MM 5280Js. I
think they're 4k x 1 SRAMs. That would make it two banks of 4k x 17 bits.
I'm not worried about tracing out the pinout since it doesn't look like
anything I can use (except for parts). I was more curious about Zitel and
what bus this might be.
