I'm assuming physical size here.

I have an IBM CompactFlash drive, which is the same size as a Type II CF
card.

IBM sold that business to Toshiba, as I recall, but I believe IBM developed.

I also faintly remember a tiny drive made as a proof of concept by
Citizen or some watch compny called Tiger or similar. It used watch
parts, as I recall.
