    When I was a wee lad, I used to go to the Buhl Planetarium in
Pittsburgh. They had a relay based machine that would play Tic-tac-toe,
and either always win, or draw. I dunno how many relays or what
contacts/forms you need to implement it. I did a cursory Google search,
and didn't see anything that looked like schematics for it.
